Access your MyRewards account

There are two ways you can access your MyRewards account:

  1. It’s much quicker to access your MyRewards account through our secure mobile banking app* without having to set-up an account. Just login and select MyRewards to earn or exchange your Rewards. If you don’t already have our app, simply search ‘NatWest’ in your app store or we can text you a link. App available to customers with compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
    *Feature not available for customers whose first account opened was a Reward or a Reward Black Credit Card unless they subsequently opened a Reward current account. However, customers can still set-up their MyRewards account below
  2. You can set-up your username and password for your MyRewards account below. You will be required to enter this username and password each time you login online.

Setting up your MyRewards account is easy and secure

If you don't have the mobile banking app, you will need to create a MyRewards login to be able to access your account and view your personalised offers.

You only need one eligible card number to set up MyRewards. Any other eligible cards and accounts will automatically be linked to your MyRewards account.

Is my card eligible?

We will email you regularly to keep you informed on the programme and additional offers from retailers. You can change this later on by logging in again and updating those settings.

You have 3 attempts to set up your online MyRewards account before your account will be locked.
